14+ days: full refund minus deposit. 7-13 days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: deposit applied to future bookings.

All equipment is commercial-grade, fully insured, and sanitized with hospital-grade, child-safe products.

50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Balance due 7 days before the event.

Our soft play equipment is designed for children ages 6 months to 8 years. All pieces are age-appropriate and safety-tested.

We deliver, set up, and pick up all equipment. Adult supervision during the event is the responsibility of the event host.

Please let us know in advance if there are stairs or accessibility challenges. We can accommodate most venues but may require additional setup time.

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Last-minute bookings may be available based on inventory.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. The deposit can be paid via any of these methods.

Yes, we carry full liability insurance for all of our equipment. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue if needed.
